The Balcony at the Skyline Drive-in:

Born poor, and soon to be without a father, a southern boy is raised in a world of women. Sometimes sad, occasionally tragic, always hysterically funny. George learns that it isn’t money, but wit that overcomes most things, and that everyone has value. Along the way we learn about families, friends, and growing up in the post war south.
